How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item
Repack the item in its original packaging in a secure manner, including all accessories, tags, and documents. -
Send It Back
Ship your return using the instructions that are provided in the return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
30-Day Easy Returns
Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return the items.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@lavirno.com. Also please provide your order number in your message.
After this time period, we cannot guarantee cancellation of your order as it may already be in processing. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation of your order is no longer a possible option.
If your order has already shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Defective or Incorrect Products
There is no cost to the customer if the product:

Non-Returnable Items

Order Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, contact us at info@lavirno.com and please provide your order number. We will investigate the situation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
